Dr. Essam El-Kordi, President of Alexandria University and Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, President of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, inaugurated the meeting of the Egyptian Network for Cancer Research on Tuesday, 3/7/2017, in the presence of the presidents and vice-presidents of the universities participating in the network, to keep abreast of the scientific development and the establishment of collaborative research programs with the availability of the use of research capabilities and scientific instruments to achieve better results and access to the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of cancer, also he expressed the hope of the Egyptian Network for Cancer Research, initiated by Alexandria University, will be achieved by establishing positive outcomes on public health in Egypt and thus on the national economy and providing information from research activities to serve decision makers in health planning in oncology.
