The mechanism of granting grades to students

The administration of the faculty announced the steps to award grades to the student in the faculty as follow:

The student will print the graduation document and communicate with the academic advisor and guidance coordinator in the department.

The academic guidance coordinator in the department ensures that the student fulfills graduation requirements and approves them from the head of the department council

The student submits his / her graduation certificate on fixed dates

The degree is awarded to the student from the university in the months following the submission of the graduation document (April - August - November)

 In case that the student fails to submit his / her graduation document, which is approved by the academic advisor and the head of the department's council on the specified date, it will be graduated later.
